Understand the difference between a regular print and a giclee print.
Most importantly, check the size. The sizes are in inches. If you live outside of the USA, convert them into centimeters.
We ship worldwide, except for countries in which we are not allowed by the US government.
We provide free shipping in the continental USA.
For all other locations, there is a minimal shipping fee (depending on size)
Large sizes, such as 36X36 (this size applies only outside of the USA), 36X48, 36X60, 36X72 inches, and others, are shipped only rolled inside a special mailing tube.
When the canvas is stored, waiting to be framed, it is always kept rolled. Rolled is the proper way, to avoid any creases. In the same way - rolled - applies when the canvas is shipped unframed ......
Never fold a canvas.
We are responsible for the packages until they arrive at your address. Upon creation of the shipping label, we and the courier company will email you the tracking number.
When we receive a "delivered" confirmation from the courier, we do NOT bear any responsibility further on.
As soon as you receive the tracking number, you should follow up on your order, and make or not make, any changes regarding your delivery, such as a change of address, or pick up at the courier's warehouse. Courier companies allow this feature.
It is important to know that once such change is made, our responsibility stops immediately.
We are only bound to the instructions given when the order was made.
Another issue is the telephone number.
The couriers insist on telephone numbers, especially when packages are shipped outside of the USA.
All telephone numbers must be issued from the same country where the order is made.
Example: If the order is placed in the USA, then the telephone number must be issued from the USA.
Ordering
Delivery Time
Prints - Poster size and Giclees will be ready within 3 to 5 days. Lithographs - as they are handmade - could take 5 to 7 days. Original paintings that are ordered (have to be hand-painted) take a week to ten days. There are times when Yvoni's orders are pilled up, so she will need more time. If you are concerned about your order's arrival, we suggest that you contact us, before placing an order.
note 1: All hand-painted originals, will be shipped within one week. Depending on the workload, please get in touch with us for further detailed departure time
note 2: We do not keep stock, of the Limited Edition Prints. Everything will be made upon order.
note 3: The above times do not include shipping time
Shipping time for the USA: USPS Priority Mail will deliver from 1 to 3 business days depending on the location. UPS will deliver from 1 to 8 business days depending on that specific location.
Shipping Internationally: USPS Priority Mail International will depart from the USA within 3 business days. The arrival of your order - at your door - depends on each county's Customs procedure. From our experience, it usually takes about a week to 10 days maximum.
UPS will deliver your order to your door in 3 to 5 days unless there is a delay at Customs
Taxes: Any applicable taxes, such as VAT, are the buyer's responsibility

We use two Gateway payment Merchant Service Providers.
Square and Afterpay
Square accepts all credit and debit cards, including your PayPal Debit Card
Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every two weeks without any interest.
When you "click" checkout, and after you add your shipping info, you can choose either Square of Afterpay
We do not accept direct Bank Transfers. From your bank directly to our bank.
However, if you would prefer a bank transfer, please use your PayPal account.
If you don't have an account, you'd have to create one. Upon creation, use your PayPal Debit card.
You will be directed to a safe and secure environment for your transaction.

All Paintings and Prints are shipped Free in the Continental USA
note : Our Framed Paintings are framed in Gallery Wrap Style, which means that the Canvas is wrapped around a wood frame, hand-painted on all sides, and they are ready to hang, as they are hung in Art Galleries.
Keep in mind, that in case you prefer a frame of your own choice (and not our frame style), the canvas still needs to be mounted onto a wood frame. This means that when you order a framed painting but want to use a more traditional frame, you will save a significant portion of the extra expense since your canvas will already be mounted.

Packaging
When we ship rolled canvas after it's wrapped with a thin plastic sheet, it is put inside a spiral-wound fiberboard tube ideal for artwork. It provides maximum protection against folds, creases, and tears.
When we ship a Framed Painting, we wrap it with bubble wrap, then add carton pads to protect the sides and corners, and finally, it is put inside a corrugated fiberboard for maximum protection.
UPS, USPS, and all major carriers approve these materials.
Returns and Refunds
All items, hand-painted Originals, handmade Lithographs, and Giclee prints are produced upon ordering. Sometimes we offer Limited Edition pieces, numbered and hand-signed by Yvoni. Unfortunately, there are no returns and exchanges. However, if there is an issue with a delivery - damaged painting, print, etc - please send us a photo on the day of delivery and we will refund the whole amount, or we will send you another one. In any other case contact us and we will help you resolve it.
Taxes
New York State residents have to pay sales tax. It is a New York State Law
All other US residents are not obligated.
International customers, may or may not have to pay taxes. Also, the amount differs from country to country
This depends on their country's tax and import laws.
If such a case occurs, international customers are solely responsible for the sales and/or import taxes implemented by their government
We are in no position to know or be held responsible for any, sales tax (such as VAT) and/or import fees.
The shipping carriers will notify you of the payment before they deliver. This is NOT an extra shipping cost.
The shipping cost was included in the total amount paid when the order was placed.
When a package arrives in a country it is held by that country's Customs Services.
Customs then calculate the applicable taxes and other import fees - if any -.
