Delivery Time
Find out more how long it takes to be delivered to your address

Prints - Poster size and Giclees will be ready within 3 to 5 days. Lithographs - as they are handmade - could take 5 to 7 days. Original paintings which are ordered (have to be hand-painted) take a week to ten days. There are times that Yvoni's orders are pilled up, so she will need more time. If you are concerned about your order's arrival, we suggest that you contact us, before placing an order. 

note  1: All hand-painted originals, will be shipped within one week. Depending on the workload, please contact us for further detailed departure time 

note 2: We do not keep stock, of the Limited Edition Prints. Everything will be made upon ordering.

note 3: The above times do not include shipping time

Shipping time for the USA: USPS Priority Mail will deliver from 1 to 3 business days depending on the location. UPS will deliver from 1 to 8 business days depending on the location. 

note: Due to the current covid 19 situation, delays are possible

Shipping Internationally: USPS Priority Mail International will depart from the USA within 3 business days. The arrival of your order - at your door - depends on each county's Customs procedure. From our experience, it usually takes about a week to 10 days maximum.

UPS will deliver your order to your door in 3 to 5 days unless there is a delay at Customs

Note: Due to the current covid 19 situation, there could be a short delay

Taxes: Any applicable taxes, such as VAT, are the buyer's responsibility

Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every two weeks without any interest.

 

When you "click" checkout, and after you add your shipping info,  you can choose either Square of Afterpay 

 

We do not accept direct Bank Transfers. From your bank directly to our bank.

However, if you would prefer a bank transfer, please use your PayPal account.

If you don't have an account, you'd have to create one. Upon creation, use your PayPal Debit card.

You will be directed to a safe and secure environment for your transaction.

Shipping

We use UPS and USPS Priority Mail for all our shipments. We also provide a tracking number.

Handling and Packaging are FREE of charge. 

All Paintings and Prints are shipped Free in the USA

note :  Our Framed Paintings are framed Gallery Wrap Style, which means that the Canvas is wrapped around a wood frame, hand-painted on all sides, and they are ready to hang, as they are hung in Art Galleries.

Keep in mind, that in case you prefer a frame of your own choice (and not our frame style), the canvas still needs to be mounted onto a wood frame. This means that when you order a framed painting, but want to use a more traditional frame, you will save a significant portion of the extra expense, since your canvas will already be mounted.

Packaging

When our canvases are shipped without a frame, we roll them inside a fiber carton mailing tube
Our shipments are packed with fiber cartons
All our shipments are securely packed with fiber carton recycled material

When we ship rolled canvas, after it's wrapped with a thin plastic sheet, the canvas is put inside a spiral - wound fiberboard tube ideal for art work. It provides maximum protection against folds, creases and tears.

When we ship a Framed Painting, we wrap it with bubble wrap, then we add carton pads to protect the sides and corners, and finally it is put inside a corrugated fiberboard for maximum protection. 

These materials are approved by UPS and all major carriers.

Returns and Refunds

All items are hand-painted, handmade, and of Limited Edition, numbered and hand-signed. Unfortunately, there are no returns and exchanges. However,  if there is an issue with a delivery - damaged painting, print, etc - please send us a photo on the day of delivery and we will refund the whole amount, or we will send you another one. In any other case contact us and we will help you resolve it.
